Alicia says she will not disclose to Physicians Mutual that the bridge was done 3 years ago by Fairbanks Family Dental Care. If Physicians Mutual asks further detail, then Alicia says she will say to Physicians Mutual that it was done 3 years ago.

If reimbursed by Physicians Mutual, Alicia says she will reimburse the pay I already made.
