Hi, this is Byung Kim; a trouble maker in Berkeley.

I very much like to be in UC Berkeley math department starting year 2018.

My interest is Social Network Analysis, and I would like to study Topology and Network Optimization in math department along with sociology, various languages, marketing classes.

Why marketing classes??  If American marketing know-hows are used in conveying working philosophies, I believe marketing will reach a new level of being not just an American idea, but what all people around the world will be eager to learn seeing what American marketing idea can do to make a better world.

With training in Topology, I would like to figure how social networks in the current world stage is laid out, and if I possibly rearrange troublesome lay out into working configuration, I would like to somehow optimize what all social networks all around can possibly produce by applying my learning in network optimization.

Fractal Geometry and Chaos Theory are also my area of interest, and I do not see any other campus more suitable than the city of Berkeley in to learn in the class, and observe / apply in the the real world of my learning. 

I would deeply appreciate if you somehow  help me be in Graduate program.  Though I haven’t been in any of your classes, I have seen many students appreciate your Complex Analysis class.
