Tax amount is very close to the other lot you were looking at. About $555 was the charge last year.

No home insurance is needed as there is no home.

As for the requirements for the building, I will recommend reaching out to the FNSB Planning department. They can answer any questions you may have pertaining to zoning regulations. Or they can refer you to someone who can!”
